Strategic Summit Pricing:
The discounted rate of $995 is available through Friday, August 29. After that, the cost increases to $1,195. Guests are $295.
How do I pay the registration fee?
The registration process accepts credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you may select to charge your credit union's overnight account at Catalyst or pay by check. Send checks to Catalyst, Attn: Summit Registration, 6801 Parkwood Blvd, Plano, TX 75024.
If I am using an overnight account for payment, when will my overnight account be charged?
Your overnight account will be charged on October 30, 2025.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guest options are included in the registration process. Guests can attend breakfast buffets, lunch, receptions, dinners and evening events for an additional fee of $295.
What meals are included at the 2025 Strategic Summit?
- Tuesday, October 21: Reception and Dinner
- Wednesday, October 22: Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Dinner
- Thursday, October 23: Breakfast
What transportation is available to/from the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for booking their own transportation. Lost Pines is approximately 17 miles, or a 28-minute drive, from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Shared shuttle, Uber and Lyft services are available to/from the airport.
What if I drive myself to the event?
Self-parking is available at a reduced fee for Summit attendees of $5 per night. If you decide to valet park, overnight is $42. All parking is at your own expense.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Or you may submit a written cancellation request using the contact us form on this site. Full refunds will be issued if the request is received by September 1, 2025. Between September 1 and 26, refunds of 50% will apply toward registration credit for Summit 2026. No refunds or credits will be issued after September 26, 2025.
If I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?
Yes, you are able to make substitutions. However, you will need to contact us for any substitutions so our events team is able to make another name badge. If you have made a hotel reservation you will be responsible for changing the name on the reservation or cancelling your hotel room.

You will receive 1 badge for this year's events. Please wear it at every event, including evening events, as it will be required for entry.
- What if I lose my badge? Please visit the registration desk and we will make you a new one.

What is the dress code?
- Meetings: Business Casual; a light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.
- Dinners: Resort Casual
What time is check-in and check-out at Lost Pines?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM on arrival day and check-out is at 11:00 AM on departure day.
Do I need to check out prior to departing?
No, but please drop your room keys at the front desk so they can be recycled.
