Strategic Summit Pricing: 

The early bird rate of $995 is valid until August 30. After August 30, the cost increases to $1,195. Guests are $195.


If I am using an overnight account for payment, when will my overnight account be charged?

Your overnight account will be charged on October 15, 2024. following the event.


Can I bring a guest? 

Yes. Guest options are included in the registration process. Guests can attend breakfast buffets, lunch, receptions, dinners and evening events. 


What meals are included at the 2024 Strategic Summit? 

  • Monday, October 7: Reception and Dinner
  • Tuesday, October 8: Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Dinner
  • Wednesday, October 9: Breakfast 


What transportation is available to/from the hotel?

Attendees are responsible for booking their own transportation. La Cantera is approximately 15 miles, or a 20-minute drive, from the San Antonio International Airport. Shared shuttle, Uber and Lyft services are available to/from the airport. 


Does La Cantera offer any transportation once on-site?

Yes, the La Cantera shuttle runs from 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM, upon availability. Any other locations within a five-mile radius will incur a $20 fee per party, per way, at the discretion of the front desk and concierge. Payment will be processed through a room charge. Gratuity for the shuttle drivers in cash is appreciated.

*Transportation to La Cantera Golf Club and Signature Restaurant are available by request.


What if I drive myself to the event? 

Self-parking is complimentary. The front desk will waive the charges at check-in. If you decide to valet park, daily drive in is $15 and overnight is $40/night. Valet parking will be at your own expense.

What is the cancellation policy? 

If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Or you may submit a written cancellation request using the contact us form on this site. Refunds will be issued if the request is received by August 30, 2024. 


If I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?

Yes, you are able to make substitutions. However, you will need to contact us for any substitutions so our events team is able to make another name badge. If you have made a hotel reservation you will be responsible for changing the name on the reservation or cancelling your hotel room.

You will receive 1 badge for this year's events. Please wear it at every event, including evening events as it will be required for entry.

What is the dress code?

  • Meetings: Business Casual; A light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.
  • Dinners: Resort Casual


What time is check-in and check-out at La Cantera?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on arrival day and check-out is at 11:00 AM on departure day.


Do I need to check out prior to departing? 

No, but please drop your room keys at the front desk so they can be recycled.
