We are now accepting applications and nominations for the 2026 Summit YP Crashers contest! This opportunity is available to a limited number of credit union employees who qualify as young professionals (age 35 and below).

This transformative opportunity provides future credit union leaders with a plethora of new connections, tools and knowledge to bolster the credit union movement and make a measurable difference moving forward.

Summit YP Crashers will receive complimentary conference and hotel registration to the 2026 Strategic Summit. Winners will connect with CEOs, COOs, CFOs and other passionate credit union professionals. They'll hear from industry experts, network with peers and much more! 

Complimentary attendance reflects an investment in your growth and carries an expectation of full participation and engagement. Young Professionals selected to attend Catalyst’s Strategic Summit agree to:

• Participate in YP-designated events including photo sessions and on-site meet-ups
• Actively participate in session Q&A by asking thoughtful questions
• Engage professionally with speakers, Catalyst leadership and other winners
• Share post‑Summit takeaways through written or video content for Catalyst communications
• Engage with Catalyst's Summit-related social media posts
• Share your own social posts during and after Summit.
