Restaurants at Lost Pines Resort & Spa
Stories Ranch Kitchen
- Curated chapter by chapter, Stories Ranch Kitchen is a special farm-to-table dining experience inspired by the big cattle ranches and plentiful game of Central Texas, as well as the bounty of our region’s farms. Stories features the freshest of everything, such as local prime steak, crunchy salads with greens grown right on site, and other accompaniments from the Hill Country. One thing that isn’t quite as local, however, is the expansive selection of drinks, which includes several different selections of Scotch alone.
Sushi by Scratch
- This exclusive 10-seat omakase dining experience, brought to you by renowned chef Phillip Frankland Lee, is menu-free – simply relax and enjoy as you are presented with a playful selection of new-wave nigiri and other delicacies from both land and sea. It’s a free-form take on the traditional sushi counter, delivering unexpected riffs on beloved standards.
Maverick's Roadhouse:
- A modern take on the classic Texas Roadhouse, Maverick's is both refined and a little rough around the edges-in all the best ways. Here you'll find an approachable, fun atmosphere featuring eclectic art on the walls, elevated fare on the menu, and experiences that are pure Texas.
Heartwood House:
- Discover tasty Southwestern-inspired plates for breakfast. From Huevos Rancheros and Brisket Hash to classic breakfast favorites, you will leave ready to take on more Texas fun.
Maude's Bar & Terrace:
- Lovingly named for their famous pecan tree, Maude’s Bar & Terrace is a most gracious Southern host, inviting you to sit back and savor life’s leisurely pleasures. The lifeblood of Lost Pines, it’s an indoor/outdoor experience with live music, fire pits, and light, fun libations to go with wood-fired flatbreads and other sharable plates. Grab a craft cocktail or mocktail with fresh-squeezed juices.
Old Buck's Place:
- Ideal for a lazy day in and around the water, the Old Buck’s Place poolside menu features signature tacos, classic favorites like burgers and quesadillas and includes refreshing frozen cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer. The perfectly paired food and drink menus make it easy to lounge all afternoon.
McDade's Coffee Emporium & Ice Cream:
- Looking for something quick and tasty to eat or a unique local gift? Stop by McDade’s for an amazing coffee menu, ranging from classic drips to creamy lattes and refreshing cold brews, or get a grab-and-go pre-made snack or meal to take with you.
