Bruce is President/Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union. In this role, he is responsible for implementing the corporate's strategic goals and objectives and for assisting Catalyst's board in fulfilling its governance functions. Bruce provides direction to the senior executive team and serves on Catalyst's Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) and Enterprise Risk Committee.

Previously, Bruce served as Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer, a role in which he directed Catalyst's asset/liability management, lending, and portfolio management functions and was responsible for the development of all balance sheet management and derivative strategies and services.

Bruce also served as the operating principal for CUSOURCE, LLC, d/b/a Catalyst Strategic Solutions (a corporate CUSO wholly-owned by Catalyst), which provides asset and risk management services to credit unions.

Active in the financial industry for more than three decades, Bruce serves as chair of the board of CU Investment Solutions, LLC, a registered broker/dealer. He also serves on the boards of CU Business Group, LLC, and Primary Financial Company, LLC, and as an advisory trustee of the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation.

Prior to joining Catalyst in 1991, Bruce was an investment portfolio manager for Members Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas. He also worked in various capacities with two regional brokerage firms. Bruce received his Bachelor and master’s degrees in finance from Texas A&M University at Commerce. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, and 65 licenses.
